Not long after Microsoft officially announced Spartan, its next-gen browser for Windows 10, the company has already shared some insight into what the browser is designed to be, and how it works under the hood.
Microsoft also seems to have gotten very serious about Universal Apps in order to increase user familiarity with apps and services in Windows 10 across devices; the company has also confirmed that its new browser will also be a Universal App. It will share the same underlying code and even the same UI elements. What you see is below is what Project Spartan currently looks like running on a smartphone in both light and dark themes.
Keep in mind that Project Spartan is still in its early stages, so a lot may change in terms of the UI as it nears launch. In fact, that’s almost sure considering the changes to Windows that Microsoft has already implemented from Insider feedback.

Microsoft officially Unveils Windows 10 for Phones (All Features n Screens)

Microsoft has just revealed Windows 10 at its event. Alongside Windows 10, the company has revealed the upcoming, major version of Windows 10 for Phones! The latest version of Windows Phone comes with a lot of new features.
Microsoft has just showed off a new feature that’ll sync your action center on your desktop with your Windows Phone which is pretty cool. Microsoft has also revealed a new settings page for Windows Phone. The update will also come with the ability to easily reply to notifications. You can also resize the keyboard on large Windows Phones. Microsoft has also promised that the Message app on Windows Phone will sync with Skype sometime soon.

At this point exactly what the app will do is a mystery, but if Rudy remains true to form it will bring a recalcitrant app and service to our platform.

The company has already shown a handful of features in September. Most of those new bells and whistles were aimed at people who use Windows at work.
On Wednesday, Microsoft (MSFT, Tech30) is expected to give a consumer preview off its Windows 10, or in its own words: “a glimpse at what’s to come from the world’s most-used operating system.”

Phone Insider app now available, Get Ready for Windows Phone 10 Pre Release

Microsoft is just around the corner from unveiling a brand new build of Windows 10, which will include a number of new features and changes.
